When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers
based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 20 working days.Your
tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is 
placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for 
shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt 
service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order,
damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order
and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we 
will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the
case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further
instructions. We reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
* Cosmetics, Lingerie and underwear/shapewear are final sale for hygienic reasons.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping 
cart and begin the check-out process. There will be a box to enter your code, 
then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered
for a given order from us. Coupon code cannot be used on orders already 
placed.

HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?
Why do you want it? ! Our subscribers receive a variety of special treatments and special gifts.But if you must, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email. 

Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another
currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange
rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?
So far, we only accept paypal payments, but you can quickly sign up for a paypal 
account (you can register with an email) and then bind your credit card so you can
pay by credit card,debit card or bank account.

How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered 
into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent 
directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction 
is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
